Staff were patient, room was neat and brand-new with twin beds. Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge worked well. Also, location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from a restored 14th - century Buddhist temple. Had a very good stay for 4 nights & would like to go back there again.
Nothing not to love.

That was reasonably priced and well appointed hotel set in good area, not far from Chiang Mai's temples, restaurants and cafes, and night bazaar. Liked staying at the nicely furnished and top-class twin room with twin beds.
Nothing not to love!

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini bar fridge. Family atmosphere and private bathroom. Very central location, not very far from Buak Hard Public Park. Walking distance to a market and convenience stores across the street.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with rooms that have good amenities and comfortable twin beds. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction. The location is also very central, with many sites within walking distance.
Access to the hotel could be improved, as it is located in a small alley and is not easily accessible by car.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and polite staff who were always ready to help. The cleanliness was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had consistent hot water, and they even provided free snacks, soft drinks, and water in the room. The blackout curtains were amazing for someone like me who works remotely and needs to sleep during the day. The location was great, with many delicious restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk team provided excellent service and were very friendly.
Felt great, no complaints at all.

We highly recommend the hotel and its staff. Chiang Mai Old Town is a district worth exploring. We loved having a private safe, a coffee machine, and a writing table in the superior king room. It was great to have access to the complimentary wake-up service.
